As a significant step in extending our presence in the Wye Valley and secure the provision of legal services in these changing times, Gwyn James Solicitors will be opening an office in Monmouth on 2nd April through its acquisition of Agincourt Legal

The new Monmouth office is being headed by Wendy Govier Wright who has extensive experience in property andprivate client law. Wewill be immediately expanding the range of services currently being offered by Agincourt Legal, by introducing our expertise in family law, dispute resolution and services to business.

NEW MEMBERS OF OUR LEGAL TEAM

Gwyn James Solicitors has further strengthened its legal team with two key appointments.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul O’Flynn, solicitor, who will be joining Sue Russell and Helen Scott at Coleford on 2nd April 2012 as our new Group Head of Property Services. Paul specialises in Commercial Conveyancing and will oversee the future expansion of the Domestic Conveyancing and Equity Release Teams. Paul is also a Notary Public and a member of the Notaries Society. He will be the first holder of that position in the Forest of Dean.

Also joining us on the same day is Wayne Phillips. Wayne is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, specialising in family law, and will be based at our Cinderford and Ross on Wye offices.
